Contracting Parties

The competent national authorities for receiving reports of oil pollution (POLREPs) and for dealing with questions concerning measures of mutual assistance between Contracting Parties, as required by Article 4(b) of the Bonn Agreement.

BONN 1996 agreed that as from 1 October 1996, Contracting Parties to the Bonn Agreement should send all POLREP messages to other Contracting Parties by means of telefax.
