BONN was in Brussels at the 16th Inter-Secretariat meeting between Regional Agreement Secretariats organised by DG ECHO and EMSA, where we are discussing our response to spills and other maritime incidents. Also attending were REMPEC, Copenhagen and Lisbon Agreements.
