OTSOPA 2017 held in Bergen, Norway.

The Bonn Agreement Working Group on Operational, Technical and Scientific Questions Concerning Counter Pollution Activities (OTSOPA) held their 20107 meeting in Bergen at the invitation of the Norweigan Government. Chaired by Stan Woznicki (UK), the meeting discussed, amongst other things, new developments in low sulfur oils, updates to the Aerial Observations Handbook, planned exercises and monitoring of MARPOL Annex VI.
