Kick off meeting

The meeting gave an overview presentation of the project's aims and objectives to the project team and established the management procedures for the rest of the project.

Meeting Objectives

The key objectives for the meeting were:

• Undertake an overview presentation explaining how the different tasks and actions would be taken forward including clear articulation of responsibilities and how the project could contribute to EU policy;
• Develop the management procedures for the project team;
• Establish the online project management and collaboration site Basecamp which would be used by the project team;
• Finalise and agree the draft communication plan for the project.
